When Humans are Sleeping - Christmas Animation

Merry Christmas! This animated video is about the adventure of little Santa. Little Santa was clinched on a Christmas Tree. When humans are sleeping, he's awake. Late at night,  all was asleep and little Santa began to observed the place. He saw left cookies on the table. Craving for it ,he tried to get down to take the cookies but he's up on a tree and he can't easily grab it. He used the Christmas tree decors. and pushed himself towards the string decor. He let himself slid around the Christmas tree until he reached the floor but he fell and dropped on a moving train. He was carried until he was able to move control. The rail direction was changed and it crashed as it approaches the side of the chimney. He was bounced against the train up on the piano. He saw a music book and creatively slit a page. He had a paper airplane out of it. He was carried and flew up and away the piano. Finally, he reached the table where the cookies are and ate them. That's the end of the story.
He was able to get what he wanted. He never stop on finding ways to achieve it. He's patient and playful to handle things.

The wife was so desperate that he came up with different and weird ideas. Wedding Invitations in a form of a rocket that when blown the messages will appear, a Fireworks invitation, a Shooting invitation, a Videoke invitation and many more. Freaky. Making things simple will always be beautiful. Theres no need for a grand ideas because a simple invitation will really work.

Cube Animation

The animation story was quite tricky. At first I did not get the point of the story, the man was hit by a plane box until it reaches to that part when the man found a unique floating box with a red button attached to it. That box was a mysterious thing because when somebody touches and pushes the red button it turns the one who touched it into a box or a cube-like thing and leave it that way. That was quite beautiful for me because i loved the flow of the story, the tricky part. Out of curiousity that man was turned into a cube designed by the neck-tie he has.

Starless Night Animation

The video above was a sweet animation story. I loved the concept of the animator and his idea of making stars out of the moon. That was so sweet for me when the cat approaches the dog and flashes the stars he wanted. In response, the dog at first was shocked and might find it hard to give what the cat wanted but then surprisingly, he grasp and ate the moon. He crushed it but did not swallowed. After a few minutes of darkness, the dog had released from his mouth the pieces of it.A lovely sight for offering something special to the one you love.

Kiwi Animation

The video is a 3d animated film showing how the character in the story live with his dream. His dream is to fly like the other birds do and finally because of his creative idea he end up experiencing what was it all about when flying.Kiwi was the adorable character of the video. He was obviously soft and cute. Little Kiwi can't fly so he decided to tie and positioned the trees on a cliff using the rope and nailed it times more. After placing all, he rested for a while and was getting ready to test his creation. He jumped on the cliff and fell slowly to the ground. His fear did not showed up. He was so contented and satisfied to what he has done. His Plans succeeded and tears of happiness fell down on his face. That was a touching animation. I love the story much. It never messed up. I like how the animator did the video.

Bath time animation

The video above is an animated work entitled "The Bath time". It was about a pet who needs to be bathe. His boss was getting it hard to convinced his pet, that was the dog. The dog was smart because he was able to think of different ways and tactics to fool his boss. I liked it when he winked while trying to tricked his boss. The dog was obviously like any other dog was afraid of taking a bath. He acted differently to pleased his boss but it did not work. After his drama, his boss tempted him by showing a bone and it did not disappointed him. It worked. The dog had quickedly rose up and was craving for the bone. Nice twist. When the boss was going to put the bone on the tab he missed the chance and fell on it. The dog had succeeded, he got the bone he wanted and leave his boss.

As a whole, that was cute but the dog did not look like a dog. It's just that it has a tail and it acted like what a dog usually does.

To The Rescue Animation

The video shown above is about the adventure of a kid who was day dreaming. He felt as if he's a superhero and a girl needs his help. He had different fighting scenes. He killed the robbers, bandits and the monsters until he found the princess who was prisoned. He broke the chains to rescue the princess. Then, he was welcomed with hugs and kisses. Surprisingly, he woke-up kissing their cat and found his mother tied and his father was on the floor.
Nice story. I just did not liked the fighting scenes. It has a rough illustration of characters but i like the ending. It's cool.

Crush Animation

The Crush Animation, a cool and funny animation of a dog who was in love with the cow-like television star. I like the soundtrack of the film by Adam Green "Dance With Me" but i think it doesn't suit much the story events. The details seemed to be perfectly delivered to my taste. The story was about the dog who won a date with the famous model of their town and when he was already outside the house knocking he just fell seeing the model who opened the door for him. He was not able to have the date because of haven't controlled his feelings and fell on the ground.

Real Survivor Animation

Real Survivor Animation, another cute film. It has a stressful setting from the start but has a cool ending . Using the old and trashy refrigerator to escape from that very small island shows the creativity of the boy. It feels bad when he was not able to drink the beverage from its storage after trying to insert his coins on it. He may not be able to drink the cola but he was so lucky enough to have his own personalized ship out of the old refrigerator to cross the ocean. I love the making of the film. Its background music , the color combination, the place and the setting were so cool to entertain its audiences. Its very inspiring to watch such films. So inspiring to do the same someday.

Pixar Bird Animation

Pixar Bird is a funny and cute animation.I love the flow of the story. Those little birds were funny and so adorable. Charming as they were really are specially when they kept on bullying the big bird who tried to socialized with them. A lovely picture of little birds. It was fun when they were so busy hitting the feet of the big bird for it to fell on the ground but they did not succeeded and were disappointed . They became the victims of their own crime. When the Big bird releases his feet on the wire it flew the little birds up and fell on the ground naked with no more feathers covering their body while the Big bird was so fortunate and just laugh at those fallen naked little birds.

Cheese Animation

Awesome film animation. Nice concepts. The environment suits well. Cool background music. It has enough used of colors that makes it realistic. I love the story but the mouse was some kind a stupid creature to get the cheese out of the mouse trap. He did not noticed that the stick he had put under the plate of the mouse trap where the cheese was placed was gone already while enjoying the food. That is why he was not so worried and felt confident to eat the cheese even if he knew that it was just a mouse trap. He was smart from the start because he did not rushed ahead to get the cheese and had found out that it was trap. He searched something on the mouse trap and found a stick where he intentionally put under the steel. Such a looser. He missed the chance of surviving from that trap. Unfortunately, the mouse died because the little stick that he had put under it had slipped while trying to get the left cheese on the plate.

Fetch Animation

Nice animation. Real environment and nice color usage. I love the setting. A great work of animation. The personality of the character really showed up. This is a quite funny animation because the boy named Colin was tricked by his dog named Cumberland. Fooled by his own pet.nyehehe:D If only the dog could talk he would probably say "go and fetch your own stick dude..." I love the story. Colin was getting it hard for his pet to obey his command. Poor boy because the granny thought he stole her purse and hit him with the help of his dog.

Jack and Jill Video Production (cres n' Irl)

This video is entitled Cres n' Irl derived names of the two main characters on the video. Practically, these video is an adaptation of the classical Jack n' Jill children's rhyme. It is my own edited version of the rhyme. It has another story but has almost the same concept of the original jack n' jill story. The scenes were shot at the back of the Lrc building. First shot was an establishing shot of the building. On the third floor corridor,Ryann was eating a banana while texting and waiting for the bell to ring. After that he throw the banana peeling on the floor without being bothered to place it on its proper destination and then he left the place . Next scene, Cres and Irl were walking along the way going back to their room located at the Lrc building third floor because they forgot to bring their extra polo's for them to change after playing basketball . On the corridor both were so busy teasing each other without noticing the banana peeling left by ryann on the floor. When they reach the third floor Cres accidentally stepped and fell so with Irl that was walking behind him. They both rolled downstairs. I have learned the basic steps in editing a video using the Adobe Premier.

A 2-day BAsic Directing Workshop was held last Saturday, January 26 and 27th, 2008. This workshop directs and trains us in making and even producing our own work in film making/production. Somehow. this made us feel welcome to enter this field and be more concern in film production or any script writing and some more. As we approach and start crawling for enough knowledge and hoping to have an accepted and presentable piece, the workshop has enlightened our mind to focus more as we go deeper in understanding this field. We havent had any problems while having the workshop, the speaker did a job well done. He spoke fruitful things that has a great related facts concerning the courses and lessons we had.It's more

CAI, also known as an electronic learning or instructional software that often refers to the common drill and practice exercises, computer visualization of complex objects, tutorial, any activity that stimulates and offers another way of teaching and giving instructions either by themselves, traditionally and teacher directed instructions. The CAI software teaches another special skills and knowledge to a specific incidence.Informations or data of this CAI can possible be viewed and represented on computers in a form of text, graphics or any multimedia formats like various shots or photographs, animation and many more. The flows of the program could start in guided drill process that let the students

In other way, this CIA can relate to the concept of the Intelligent Tutoring Systems as it clearly provides the necessity of a personal training assistant for every learner that mostly organizations or teaching clubs cannot provide to whatever needs educationally of the students. Like what International Herald Tribune and Israeli Haaretz Daily, 12/20/98 said that Intelligent agents help humans learn form computers.

From the Republic Act. No. 8370 which is the Children's Television Act that campaigns for the newly media education. This media education somewhat has a big part or simply important to viewers mostly to children because they can easily learn from the lesson and relate to whatever it discusses. A lot of people says that there is a big improvement and gaps whenever that certain class has a computer or has that facility as CAI compared to that of others who do not have.

This manual is a good and will be a helpful thing for those who want to know about scriptwriting tactics. These book also gives different ways on how to have a presentable and best work in film making . It reveals the ideas to how a lot of experts and professional writers produces and releases such interesting stories and scripts. I have read some lines on the internet that the true success of a writer comes when he/she makes his/her work fruitful by the lines in a script and the sequence of the scenes he is combining and by the wideness of his/her imagination. Basically, to examine the book entitled Trip to Quiapo no wonder how this book made its biggest spot in proviving good readers somewhat a steeping stone for starting and discovering film production. The content and the informations as well as the experiences of the author on the book were awesome because it displays everything that could possibly be included. Film Viewing [Bee Movie]

"A small job if done well will come as big as a bigger job could be..."Im not so sure on the exact lines that the character said but Im pretty sure on the thought of it. It tells the viewer the value of such thing may it be tiny or huge in its physical appearance but for as long as you treat it the right way it should be without being bothered by means of anything then it wont be impossible for you to expect what your expecting of. In my own understanding the story would like us to know and bear in mind that everything and everyone in this world depends on each other. No matter how big or small it will be. For instance just like what happened when Vanessa, the human girl on the scene showed Barry, the main bee character how chaotic it would be if honey will be taken off from the hands of humans and any indivuals. Flowers will be nothing if ever bees won’t make honey anymore. There would be no more pollination that causes thw world to dull. That's how the result would be if there is no cooperation and unity inside. It also showed somehow that the taking of honey by humans will be a great help in functioning the bee world. Everything in this world are much important. Anyway, I also noticed that this movie also focuses on the "be yourself" concept which Barry the main character was pursuing. Barry's decision leads the end of all life on earth and because of this he never let things end easily that way. The event on airplane that was going to crash also strikes me. It did show how valuable was the cooperation and unity will be.The joint forces of the bee armies as they were saving the airplane from crashing was wonderful.
The movie was educational and entertaining. I like it when Barry the main character saved the community from dying and when he realized how sad it is when his fellow bee would stop on working and stop on making honey because there would be no more pollination being processed and a lot of species are starting to die.

It would be better to make the website appear more readable and user-friendly. It shouldnt contain unnecessary contents as much as possible. The contents must be more interesting and pleasing to the eyes and attention of the readers. It should be more on its content rather than just posting something less important than others.

Blog #2 Cast and Crew of a Video Production

Persons:

Producers- They are the people handling the overall organization of a creatain production. These production may be a netwrok comedy, a newcast station or any shows seen on television. They are responsible to manage events in a production that could exactly be at the right time at a right place. They handle those logistics of a production. They can also be a hypenate, means that they can also switch to be a producer and at the same time a director in such way.
Directors- They are the people who are in charge in making creative plans and aesthetic decisions that will make the production run better. The directors must first see to it that he/she has its specific purpose of the script. He/she should consider the things that a viewer may benefit when seeing this video or the result of this production. Second, he/she should take its part to consider and study even to review the script for the right and appropriate timing fro each events. Next, he/she should also focus ahead the planning of specific facilities needed to conduct the processes in production.
Casting Director-This person chooses which talent will perform on that certain character and role.
Executive Producer- This person is the one in-charge in giving the funds.
Continuity Girl/Personnel- is the one the informs the proper setting of the set or the scene. SHe is the one who will secure that everything spot is on the right place. Like for instance, the proper position of a guy on the first scene when he talks to the girl and the Director or the Scriptwriter told you that it shuold have been the same to the next scene then her job is to make sure that the same setting and any positioning will be the same in the next scene as dictated and planned by the organizer.
PA( stands for the Personal Assistant) - He/she is the one who hepls and assist the organizer.
Electricians- They are in charge in any electronic materials or propsment to be used.
Technical crew- assigned for securing personnel.
Associate Directors- also known as the Assistant Director or AD for short. They are the people who helps and assists the Director. Their job also differ at a time. To some Associate Directors, they are assigned just to stay closer or nearer to the Director in order for them to be reminded by these assistants on the setting or the plans setup on the production and also when shooting for the video. They make sure that every single moment that the Director for instance maybe confuse then the AD may somehow reminded him/her. Others, maybe assigned to set-up the things and equipment needed for the shooting.
Stage Managers- also known as the Floor Manager or the Floor Director. They are assigned to report to the Director the current state of the settings or of the shootings. They are also in charge to communicate with the talents so with the Director because the Director cannot do two jobs at the same time. He could not be with the talents and instructs at the same time be at the control room to manage the right shots or clips. That is there is a stage managers so that it would not be hard for the Directors to instruct personally his/her talents while having his duty in the control room.
Camera Operators- they are the people who took in charge and basing the work to the instructions and commands of the Director. They must not take it forgranted that the shots and the way they operate the camera will greatly affect the outcome and the result of the scene. They first consider the mastery of using and knowing the functions of the camera and any equipment being used. They also pay attention on the aspect of having and interacting with the lightings to use. Camera Operator should have a sense and initiative to manage and combine lightning for the best resylt of the taken scene.
Teleprompter Operators- They are the people in charge in operating and controlling the flow and the timing of the scripts on the teleprompters so that the talents may not be bothered and may not be confused to say and to remember the next line. These teleprompters are the equipment place on the top portion of the camera which the talent could see and read whenever they turn into another camera that a viewer couldnt see.
Lighting Directors- (LD), are the people responsible on taking the right combination and usage of the lights on a certain scene and considers other effects needed.
Audio Operators- These people in charge in audio operation are usually be found working in the studion and also in the control room.
Technical Directors- (TD), they are the people assigned to operate on the switcher. The switcher is an equipment used to selects which certain video signal will be release over the airwaves or unto the videotape. These people also are capable on cutting on picture from the other and also in changing the appearance or the image. It can be turn to swirls, curls and any other effects that they are capable with.
Graphics Operators- these are the pepole in charge of the computer systems. It is also a part of their job to edit and create graphics, texts or any visual effects that may appear on the screens. For instance in making and flashing credits on the screens just like what we ahev seen after or even before the show.
Video Operators- (VCR or Videocassette Recorder), these are the people in charge for recording a certain show or program. They also make use of playing back a previously recorded one.
Editors- They are assigned to gather together and create a finished workof the pictures, clips or any different shots and scenes taped in the studio.
Production assistants- These are the people in charge in finishing and doing all the light and little jobs that has to be done like distributing scripts to different cast and crew arranging and setting up a certain scene and many more.
Propmaster- People in charge in placing and managing the props needed.
Painters and Carpenters- helps on setting up the stage or the scene.
Talents- The important personnel and characters on the set.
Visual Effects Director- The one in-charge in any graphic or any computer effects needed.
Lawyers-They are in-charge in any contract signings and any rules and regulations that a production should consider.
Caterers-There job is to manage the foods.
Talent Managers- They assists and manage their talents so that it would not be hard for the talents to manage everything.
More talents- In case their would be a need for an extra characters on the set.
Musician- In charge in managing the proper and more effective combination of music on the film, scene and production.
Utility- In-charge in maintaining the orderliness and cleanliness of the studio, set, audio room and etc.
Make-up Artists- beautifies the talent to look natural depending on its role.
Grips- carry cables and any other things.
Television Actors- these assignment should have been done by the actors considering the the factors or the manner they should talk conversationally and act convincingly as the way they should. Actors must move precisely and should manage their gestures and voice.
Performers and Actors- They are very important in any video production and they are what people at home sees flashed on tv's.
